Refuge is the UK’s largest specialist domestic abuse charity, providing life-saving support for women and children fleeing violence, coercive control, financial abuse, and other forms of harm. They’ve been supporting survivors since 1971. 
What they do:
🤍Operate a 24/7 National Domestic Abuse Helpline (free & confidential)
🤍Run a network of safe refuges across the UK offering shelter and one-to-one support
🤍Provide community outreach & specialist advocacy
🤍Offer emotional, practical, legal & safety planning support
🤍Campaign for policy change & increased awareness of domestic abuse.
